AICTE Pragati Scholarship (for girls) For whom: Girls admitted to an AICTE-approved institution's technical degree or diploma course. Amount: ₹50,000 per year, through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to the bank account. Duration: Up to 4 years for a degree and up to 3 years for a diploma. Conditions: Annual family income up to ₹8 lakh; up to two girls in a family can apply. Last date for 2026-27: October 31, 2026 (as per AICTE's notice). 2. AICTE Saksham Scholarship (for differently-abled students) For whom: Differently-abled students studying in an AICTE-approved technical course. Amount: Up to ₹50,000 per year. Conditions: A disability certificate with the prescribed limit and an income limit apply. Check the official portal for details. Last date: October 31, 2026. 3. AICTE Swanath Scholarship For whom: Orphans, students who lost a parent due to Covid, children of martyred soldiers, and students in some specific circumstances. Amount: ₹50,000 per year. Conditions: AICTE-approved degree/diploma course and family income within ₹8 lakh. Last date: October 31, 2026. Applications for all three schemes must be made on the National Scholarship Portal (NSP). 4. Your application doesn't proceed without this verification. For Maharashtra's schemes, you must register and apply separately on the MahaDBT portal. 7.
